Love this platform. It is practical, relevant & straight to the point, and easy to incorporate into day-to-day busyness. No additional stress of deadlines or major assignments. A wonderful platform. I have my entire team of 10 on this platform now for the second year in a row. Keep on developing great content AIHR!
The modules are bitesize and very informative. Their short courses in particular are really useful. I am currently about halfway through one of the larger courses and the strategic angle of these courses I find particularly useful working in an innovation-based team.

HR Boot Camps are designed to be inclusive to any HR Professional and do not have any prerequisites. We recommend a minimum of 1 year work experience in a relevant HR role, but they are made to still be as relevant & valuable for an HR professional with 25+ years of experience.
The Boot Camp is designed to help your team level up in the shortest possible time frame, given their learning goal and availability. During the onboarding session with your learning consultant, you will agree on a timeline and set fixed dates for the program kick-off, live sessions and graduation day. Before each live session, learners are expected to have completed a certain percentage of the online self-paced learning.
An HR Boot Camp is the fastest and most effective way of closing a specific skills gap, or establishing a baseline of knowledge in your team.
The cohort-based learning on a predetermined schedule ensures that your team stays on track and engaged with the learning content. Our clients have seen increased completion rates, practical application of the learning content, and enhanced collaboration between cohort members. In addition, outsourcing the program management to our expert learning consultants has been a game-changer for busy HR leaders who want to maximize results and minimize their time investment.
